Internal service
AI UGC Video is operated by MIMOS AI LTD for authorized team members to prepare, approve, publish and measure marketing videos. Use requires the company's authorization and acceptance of these terms. This internal deployment does not offer a consumer subscription.
Accounts and authorized content
Use only accounts you are authorized to manage and footage, music, likenesses and product materials you have permission to use. Keep your team account secure. Organization administrators control team access; social platforms separately control their own account access and permissions.
Review and publication
Review videos and claims before approving them. Confirm the correct destination account, caption, visibility, audience settings, AI disclosures and schedule before publishing. Approval of a video does not itself publish it. A confirmed publication sends the selected content to the selected platform; delivery can be delayed or rejected by that platform. Cancelling a queued post cannot recall a submission the platform already received.
Content rights and acceptable use
Your existing rights in uploaded materials remain with their rights holders. You authorize the service to process, store and transmit materials as needed to carry out the operations you request. Do not use the service for spam, impersonation, unlawful content, infringement, deceptive claims or attempts to bypass platform restrictions. Follow the terms and content rules of every connected platform.
Platform services
YouTube-connected use is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. TikTok, Instagram, Threads and Pinterest use remains subject to their respective terms. Platform approval, quotas, moderation, availability and data delays affect publishing and analytics. Metric values are observations returned by the platform; missing data is not a zero value or a guarantee of performance.
Availability and access changes
The service may be updated, interrupted or restricted while the team develops and maintains it. Administrators may remove access when authorization ends or misuse occurs. Review pending publications before disconnecting an account. These terms do not exclude any rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Privacy and contact
The Privacy Policy describes data handling and deletion requests. Contact dev@mimos.ai about the service, these terms or account access. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Last updated: 8 September 2026.
