Who operates this service
MIMOS AI LTD operates AI UGC Video at ugc.mimoscloud.com for its authorized internal team. Contact dev@mimos.ai about this service and its handling of your information.
Information used by the service
We process team account identifiers, email addresses, organization membership, uploaded footage and product materials, creative instructions, generated videos, approval records and publishing history. Connecting a social account provides its platform identifier, profile name, authorization tokens and granted permissions. Published-video metrics may include views, likes, comments, shares and watch time where the platform makes them available.
Why we use this information
We use this information to authenticate team members, enforce organization access, prepare and review videos, publish content to the account you select, execute schedules you confirm, display platform performance and diagnose operational failures. Social platform data is used for these requested features, not advertising targeting or model training.
Connected platforms and service providers
Account authorization takes place with TikTok, Instagram, Google (YouTube), Threads or Pinterest. We do not ask you to enter those platform passwords into AI UGC Video. When you confirm a publication, we send the selected video, caption and settings to that platform. Cloudflare provides application hosting, storage and background execution. Video production may send selected inputs to the configured media providers; publishing and analytics do not require sending social authorization tokens to generative AI providers. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and protection
Social authorization tokens are encrypted before database storage. Organization permissions restrict access to accounts and videos. The service uses HTTPS and session cookies for sign-in. Infrastructure and connected platforms may process information in multiple countries. Account data and authorized work are retained while needed to operate the team's workspace; operational records and backups may be retained for troubleshooting and continuity.
Disconnecting and requesting deletion
Use Social media → Accounts → Disconnect to remove the stored authorization grant. You can also revoke access in the connected platform's account settings. Disconnecting does not remove a post already sent to a platform or erase the team's existing publication records. Contact dev@mimos.ai to request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal or connected-account data. We will verify the request and handle it under applicable requirements. Manage or delete a published platform post in the platform itself.
YouTube disconnect and revocation
Disconnecting YouTube removes that account's stored YouTube profile, platform post identifiers and links, and API-derived analytics. Pending publications are stopped. Uploaded source media, authored captions and internal publication records remain; videos already received by YouTube are not deleted. We also ask Google to revoke the authorization. This revokes that Google account's grants across every OAuth client in the same Google project, including a connected PostCLI client. If the request fails, the encrypted grant is retained solely to retry revocation; it is unavailable for publishing or analytics and is removed when revocation completes. Confirmed revoked Google grants detected during automatic renewal also trigger API-data cleanup.
Google and YouTube
AI UGC Video uses YouTube API Services when you connect YouTube. Google handles authorization and YouTube processes submitted videos under its own terms and privacy policy. You may revoke this service's access through your Google Account's third-party connections page.
